Meaghan is an experienced design leader with 17 years of agency experience in New York City, Washington D.C., and Chicago. Her expertise spans art direction, brand identity, packaging, print, digital, and social, with deep experience leading redesign strategy and creative for ALDI across a diverse portfolio of private-label brands.

She has led projects from early strategy and concept development through client presentations, brand systems, and final execution—working closely with cross-functional and production teams to bring creative to life at scale.

A collaborative leader and natural multitasker, Meaghan is equally passionate about mentoring creatives, building strong teams, and creating thoughtful, effective work that strengthens brands across every touchpoint.
